To get started, submit your trip inquiry form and schedule a time to hop on a complimentary consultation call together. I want to learn all about you and your family’s travel style, destination preferences, special needs, budget, and more. I’ll use all of this information to craft a truly one-of-a-kind escape for you.

Design your itinerary
After our call, I’ll share my Design Fee with you, which is based on your trip complexity. If you decide to move forward, I’ll begin working with my vetted travel partners to begin shaping your itinerary. You’ll receive a customized itinerary to review, and I’ll incorporate your feedback for a perfect fit.

Book your travels
With your final itinerary in place, I’ll make sure every travel component is squared away—including hotels/cruise cabins, transfers, tours, immersive experiences, and more. You can trust me to triple check all the details so your itinerary unfurls seamlessly for you—from the very moment you step on the plane.

Start your journey
When departure day arrives, you’ll be fully prepared with my best destination recommendations, emergency contact information, and access to your itinerary via mobile app. If you need any help while you travel, just reach out to me or my in-destination travel partners for swift assistance.

Do you charge a fee for your services?
Yes, I charge a Travel Design Fee that covers my time spent researching and designing your itinerary, booking each travel component, and providing expert guidance and support along the way. The planning fee varies based on the complexity of your itinerary and number of people traveling with you and the number of days you will be traveling; I’ll share your exact Design Fee with you during our initial consultation call!

What if I only want to book a hotel?
If you know exactly which hotel you’d like to book and don’t need additional services (like transfers, tours, etc), I’m happy to book this for you fee-free. This allows you to take advantage of perks and upgrades you may only receive thanks to my partnerships, like those granted through Virtuoso (all subject to availability).
Do you only book family trips?
No! I also love working with busy parents to craft just-for-two trips. Sometimes, you need your alone time together to reconnect, and I’m here to inject your next getaway with plenty of romance, sophistication, and grown-up fun. You can view all of my travel specialties right here.
